Why does it cost money if it's just trash?
Because the trash is the easy part. Your price covers the truck and trailer, fuel and mileage, the labor to lift and load it all, sorting for donation and recycling, and the dump fees we pay to dispose of it properly, and the licensing and insurance that protect you and your home on every job. Plus the sweep-up before we leave. You're paying for a whole job done right, not just a ride to the dump.
How soon can you come?
Most jobs are scheduled within 48 hours. Text us photos and we’ll usually have a quote back to you the same day.
What areas do you serve?
Vista and all of North County San Diego: Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos, Escondido, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Poway and Rancho Santa Fe.
What do you take, and what won't you take?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, garage and estate cleanouts, yard waste, construction debris and more. We can't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, fuel or asbestos. Not sure? Just ask.
Do I have to lift or move anything?
No. We do all the lifting, loading and hauling from wherever it sits: garage, backyard, attic, upstairs. You don't touch a thing.
Are you insured?
Yes. True North is fully insured on every job, and we're happy to provide a copy of our certificate of insurance (COI) on request.
