Before starting True North Hauling & Handyman Co., Matt spent years in public service as a paramedic, followed by over a decade of experience in customer support and service-driven roles. Those careers instilled the values that now define True North Hauling - professionalism, customer focused, clear communication, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

Matt is a husband of over 10 years and a proud father of two young boys. His work is driven by faith, family, and a deep commitment to serving others.
